Step One: Meet and Greet

Our first step is to meet with you and get to know you. What’s your business all about? Who are you trying to reach with this event? What is your dream outcome? This all comes from your Statement of Work.  

 

Once we have that, we can start to plan accordingly.

Step Two: Plan It Out

Next, we work internally to bring your dream to reality.

Step Three: Make It Happen

Once we’ve gotten our plans together, we make it happen. Our fleet managers handle all the transportation. Our staffing entity gets the right people for the event. Our hospitality managers ensure everything is fresh and ready. Depending on the event, whether it’s a one-off event, a week-long event, or a year-long tour, we handle all the logistics.
